Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter depend on the courier service selected at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at our published email address.
Due to the nature of prescription medicines and legal obligations under UK pharmacy regulations, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds on dispensed medication, except where a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your prescription is declined by our clinical team, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.
